A rare find, this pear shape ruby cabochon has a lovely flower skillfully carved into the top. The ruby is set in a 22 karat gold bezel, a stunning combination of ruby red and rich high karat yellow gold. It is paired with a vine printed pattern in a sterling silver band. The band is oxidized, then polished to bring out the highlights of the tendrils. For more unique detail, the back of the setting is printed with a matching vine pattern.
