Empress Hoops in 22K

An ancient theme, hoop earrings with granulation, brought into the 21^st century with modern post backs.  Based on ancient filigree designs and are as fashionable today as they were over 3,000 years ago.  

Granulation takes years of practice using the purest of metals. Granules are made by hand, one by one and placed on the piece with a small brush.  The piece is then heated almost to the melting point. At that precise moment, the wires fuse and become all one piece.   

Hoops are 1/2 inch in diameter.  Larger hoops available on request.
